2:22 am	If I ran the zoo, here's what I'd do... An eventful visit to the LA Zoo with Jared that included Jeff the Meerkat, laser gun primates, a zebra fight, and naughty wallabies ensuring the survival of their species...(edit: apparently the wallaby were mom and baby, grooming. 5:19 pm	Click on the pic to see more.. Don finally joined in on the Fancycakes fun, so for his birthday he got a Green Lantern Battery cake! Jared designed the light unit, and I built the unfortunate cake. The recipe was Nigella Lawson's Guinness Stout chocolate cake, and was actually quite good. The true failing was in the cake's structural integrity, as I decided to make the hemispheres hollowed as I did not know the size or shape of the lighting unit. Lesson learned! 2:43 pm	Countless of people only think they are happy, but they're not... I've had some downer days recently thinking about, like so many others, how my life isn't where I thought it would be by now. Time is moving too fast and nothing is really happening. I thought however the silver lining was that soon several shows will be back for new seasons. 12:20 am	What the heck is going on? First it was Bennigan's and Steak & Ale. Now Mervyn's, Linens & Things, and Shoe Pavilion are all going out of business! I think Circuit City is going away too!
